Abstract

Currently, the construction of high-rise buildings in Indonesia is progressing very rapidly, in its implementation it must be planned and calcu- lated correctly and carefully. The purpose of this final project is to plan the structure of the 3-story Lecture Building using a safe and comfortable medium moment resisting frame system in accordance with the applicable SNI. The regulations used are SNI 2487-2013 concerning structural concrete requirements for buildings, SNI 1727-2013 concerning minimum loads for the design of buildings and other structures, SNI 1726-2019 concerning procedures for planning earthquake resistance for building and non-building structures, Software used in planning the structure of the 3- story Lecture Building is SAP 2000 version 21. Based on the calculation results, the reinforced concrete dag slab (cantilever) with a thickness of 10 mm uses D10-200 mm reinforcement. The roof slab and the reinforced concrete floor slab are 120 mm thick with the main reinforcement D10-200 mm. There are 6 types of beam struc-ture with the largest dimensions being BI1 beam (750 mm x 350 mm) with 12D22 reinforcement, D13-100 mm support shear reinforcement, D13-200 mm field shear reinforcement. (700 mm x 350 mm) with 8D19 reinforcement, bearing shear reinforcement 10 -100 mm, field shear reinforcement 10-200 mm. Columns consist of 2 types with the largest dimension of column K1 (800 mm x 800 mm) with main reinforcement 14D25, shear reinforcement 10-100 mm. Pile cap dimensions (400 mm x 200 mm x 60 mm) with main reinforcement D19-150 mm, rein- forcement for D10-150 mm. pile dimensions (35 mm x 35 mm) with a depth of 5400 mm
